To strengthen our teams in Fribourg, we are looking for a
Chief Information Security Officer (30-40%)
- You will support our management in developing and implementing security strategies as part of our leadership team.
- You will define and deploy best practices regarding security aligned with company strategy, risks, and budget.
- You will lead and coach the admin & IT teams and development teams to scale and implement security globally within the company.

You offer us
- Several years of relevant experience in a similar position, preferably with competencies in SSDLC alongside traditional infrastructure skills.
- A proven track record of highly satisfied clients is an advantage.
- An enterprising, benevolent, pragmatic personality with team spirit, humor, and a drive to excel.
- Leadership qualities that allow you to gather feedback and drive change (change management).
- French mother tongue.
2025 Challenges & Expectations
- Manage and improve the existing ISMS, ensuring it remains active and effective to enhance security posture, and prepare for ISO27001 certification.
- Lead the setup of software supply chain security within development teams, balancing ideal practices with project-specific realities. Provide strong leadership and mentorship to security owners, developers, and POs.
- Enhance incident management, Business Continuity, and Disaster Recovery processes in collaboration with IT and development teams.
- Support and mentor IT teams regularly.
- Create internal newsletters, deliver formal and informal training, and contribute articles. Support sales and communication teams, including customer-facing activities.

- Work is hybrid, combining remote and on-site presence in Fribourg, with regular team contact required.
