We are searching for a dynamic R&D Project Engineer to drive innovation and project management.
Key Responsibilities:
- New Process/System Development:
- Identify and implement new process technologies to enhance existing processes or develop new products.
- Define project requirements in collaboration with affiliate management and engineering teams.
- Lead projects from conception to scale-up, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Conduct trials, analyze results, and establish consistent process parameters.
- Process/System Technology Transfer:
- Support technology implementation across worldwide affiliates.
- Execute validation activities in accordance with corporate guidelines.
- Provide comprehensive documentation and training to end-users.
- Development and Training:
- Facilitate training for end-users on new processes and systems.
- Identify and address additional training needs.
- Develop manuals to ensure effective technology transfer practices.
Key Requirements:
- Master''s or PhD in mechanical, electrical, or chemical engineering.
- Extensive industrial experience with a strong project management track record.
- Proficiency in English; fluency in Dutch or French
- On-site presence is required.
- Team player with a hands-on mentality.
