We are currently looking on behalf of one of our important clients for a HR Recruitment Specialist. The role is a permanent position based in Bern or Solothurn Canton depending on candidate preference.Your Role: Proactively support line managers in recruiting specialists & executives from a wide variety. Drive recruiting process; from job advertisement to contract negotiations. Creatively acquire new employees through the various recruitment channels. Effectively represent & present the company to potential applicants & candidates.Your Skills: At least 3 years of professional experience in a comparable position. Skilled & experienced in recruiting specialists & executives from a wide variety of fields & sectors. Any experience within the Medical Technology sector (or similar) is considered a plus.Your Profile: Completed Relevant University Degree or further trained in HR or Business Administration (or equivalent training / education). Positive, dynamic, adaptable & resilient with strong communication skills.
