They will work closely with key departments (Project Management, Production, Quality, Procurement, Engineering) to ensure project success while effectively leading a team of technicians.Key ResponsibilitiesProject Planning & Execution:Develops a detailed project plan, defining timelines and necessary resources.Monitors project progress to ensure on-time delivery and adherence to target hours for assembly and testing.Identifies deviations from the plan and implements corrective actions to keep the project on track.Prepares reports to track project progress, highlighting successes, critical issues, and modifications to the initial plan.Uses SAP for time tracking, production order release, order closure, and missing components analysis.Motivates the team, resolves conflicts, and ensures effective communication.Risk Management:Identifies potential risks and issues that may arise during the project.Develops contingency plans to address unforeseen events and prevent delays or disruptions.Coordinates with the technical department to resolve issues and actively contributes to product development.Team & Supplier Coordination:Interfaces with the Procurement Department and external suppliers to monitor deliveries.Supervises assembly and wiring activities at external suppliers.Collaborates with the Travel Office and After-Sales team.Provides technical support for field technicians and customer care to resolve issues at client sites.Quality Assurance:Ensures that project activities comply with established quality standards.Verifies that deliveries are on time and meet required specifications.Supports periodic project reviews to monitor progress and the effectiveness of implemented solutionsWhat You Need to Be SuccessfulMasters Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent (Industrial, Automation).At least 5 years of experience in the mechanical design of complex machinery.Strong knowledge of 2D & 3D mechanical drawings and pneumatic diagrams.Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills (hardware and components).Proficiency in Microsoft Office (SAP knowledge is a plus).Good command of English.#J-18808-Ljbffr
