As a Head of Procurement Transformation, you will drive strategic Source-to-Pay (S2P) procurement transformation initiatives, aligning global digital strategies with organisational priorities while fostering an inclusive workplace culture. This role is based in (Geneva).
Define and implement a global digital transformation strategy aligned with the vision of local leaders and global business priorities.
Lead Source-to-Pay projects worldwide, coordinating change management initiatives to ensure smooth adoption of digital tools and processes by internal and external stakeholders.
Collaborate with program management teams globally to deploy a variety of processes, people, and technology projects.
Champion innovation and continuous improvement, influencing procurement leaders across the global organisation to create value.
Ensure compliance with procurement regulations and standards while collaborating with internal and external technology stakeholders to align procurement strategies with business objectives.
You hold a Degree in business, supply chain, engineering, or computer sciences.
You have 10+ years of strong sourcing experience, with a minimum of 3 years in a significant leadership global role in Procurement Excellence or Procurement Transformation.
You have thrived in dynamic, matrixed organisations, successfully leading transformation projects, including implementing systems like Ariba or Jagger suites.
You have demonstrated analytical skills, data-driven decision-making abilities, and resilience in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
You have successfully influenced global procurement leaders, fostering collaboration and driving results.
Expertise in project management and transformation, including proficiency in Ariba or Jagger suites.
Proven ability to lead global change initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder engagement.
Excellent communication and influencing skills for navigating complex organisational environments.
Fluency in English is mandatory; any other language is a plus.
Leadership skills to guide cross-functional teams and foster collaboration.
Experience with digital transformation strategies, compliance standards, and stakeholder management in a global context.
Ability to work effectively with diverse teams and external technology partners.
EU Passport or right to work in Switzerland.
