We are currentlysupporting a well-established multinational organisation in theirsearch for a Technical Project Manager to join their Engineeringfunction in France. This role is central to the strategicdevelopment and continuous optimisation of productioninfrastructure across multiple sites. What Youll Be Doing -Leading the design and execution of end-to-end engineeringprojects, ensuring delivery within time, budget, and qualityconstraints. - Coordinating multidisciplinary project teams,including internal departments and external partners, to drivesuccessful implementation of industrial initiatives. - Acting asthe key point of contact between Operations, Engineering, andEuropean leadership, providing technical and organisationalreporting. - Managing all aspects of project governancefromCAPEX/OPEX planning and investment requests to post-projectevaluation. - Maintaining strict adherence to QHSE standards whilecontinuously seeking process improvements. - Supporting strategicinitiatives that align with both national and European engineeringroadmaps. - Anticipating future technical and organisationalchanges, adapting strategies to maintain peak operationalperformance. - Training and guiding teams through change managementrelated to technical project rollouts. What You Bring - Provenexperience in leading industrial projects within the food &beverage or related FMCG sectors. - Strong knowledge ofbottling/packaging lines and/or utility processes, with a solidunderstanding of adjacent functions (Quality, R&D,Industrialisation, Finance, etc.). - Demonstrated ability to managecomplex budgets and defend investment strategies at a senior level.- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder managementskills. - Good understanding of QHSE requirements and projectcoordination methodologies. - Fluent in French (spoken andtechnical), with the ability to manage documentation andcommunicate effectively.
