As Product Owner, youll take charge of this critical initiative, helping shape the digital tools that guide Sanofis global enterprise strategy.
What Youll Do
In this high-impact leadership role, you will:
- Oversee a cross-functional team developing cutting-edge digital solutions.
- Define and execute product strategy in alignment with business objectives.
- Prioritise features, manage budgets, and ensure timely delivery using Agile methodologies.
- Co-lead portfolio governance with senior Digital and Business stakeholders.
- Manage team staffing and resources to ensure successful product outcomes.
- Standardise tools and processes across Accelerator teams for scalable success.
- Promote professional growth, skill-building, and knowledge sharing within your teams.
What You Bring
Youre a strategic Product Owner with a passion for building complex digital products, especially in a healthcare or biotech setting. You bring experience in:
- Developing and executing product strategies and roadmaps that deliver measurable business results.
- Applying Lean and Agile principles, with expertise in UX/UI and integration design.
- Making data-driven and commercially sound product decisions.
- Inspiring teams with a strong, clearly communicated product vision.
Youll also need:
- Fluency in English and French.
- Excellent communication and executive presentation skills.
- A track record of navigating complexity and overcoming roadblocks.
- Strong cross-functional leadership and influencing capabilities.
- Proven project management expertise.
- A Masters degree in Computer Science or a related scientific discipline.
