Join our dynamic team as a Research and DevelopmentPilot Assistant Plant Based UHT and immerse yourself in a worldof delightful creations. Support the development of new productsand reformulation of existing products by combining lab and pilotplant work, organizing and executing trials, conducting analyticaland sensorial measurements, and reporting your findings. Keyaccountabilities - You plan, design, and execute pilot trials,including preparing raw materials and operating and cleaning theline. - You plan, design, and execute lab trials in collaborationwith the R&D Manager, covering QC, application, shelf-life,benchmark, and sensory tests. - You create and organize trialreports, including conclusions and recommendations. - Youcontinuously improve and update test procedures in collaborationwith the R&D Manager. - You manage the stock of supplies, rawmaterials, and finished goods. - You maintain lab and pilotequipment in collaboration with internal stakeholders andsuppliers. - You support administrative tasks, includingmaintaining and updating recipes in SAP, managing theadministrative handover process to the factory, and organizingR&D events such as trainings and customer visits. Who are welooking for? - You have completed a bachelor degree in foodchemistry, food technology, or nutrition and dietetics or a programwith relevant experience (R&D, food technology). Having ahigher degree is not needed for this role. - You are well organizedand flexible and you like to work in a team. You have a realinterest and passion for innovation and development in the foodsector. - You work extremely accurately and systematically and youare familiar with current Microsoft applications (Word and Excel).SAP experience is a plus but not mandatory. - A good knowledge ofEnglish is important and any other languages are a plus.
