We are currently looking on behalf of one of our important clients for an IT Support Specialist (German Speaking). The role is permanent position based in Aargau Canton.Your role: Act as a first point of contact for questions or problems from system users. Analyse, resolve & coordinate telephone & written support requests & document & track reported cases in a ticket system in order to achieve quick & effective resolutions. Ensure that system users are informed about faults & operational messages. Educate system users regarding the appropriate use of the IT infrastructure. Contribute to ensuring smooth operationsYour Skills: At least 3 years of relevant professional experience in 1st Level IT Support. Skilled & experienced with ticketing tools. A good knowledge of ITIL.Your Profile: Completed Education / University Degree in the areas of IT / Computer Science (or similar). Highly quality, service & customer-oriented. Ready to provide on-call service when required. Fluent in German & English to at least C1 level (spoken & written) are mandatory requirements (please do not apply otherwise), Swiss-German language skills are considered a plus.
