To expand their team, they are looking for a Customer Service Officer , responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and support. In this role, you will be a key player in handling customer inquiries, coordinating service levels, and optimizing internal processes. Job Description: As a Customer Service Officer , you will be responsible for managing customer inquiries and ensuring an efficient and customer-oriented service. Your tasks will include: Managing customer inquiries : Responding promptly and accurately to customer questions through various channels and ensuring proper follow-up. Prioritizing cases : Assessing the urgency of customer requests and ensuring efficient resolution. Analysis & referral : Identifying complex issues and coordinating with relevant internal departments for a swift resolution. Handling escalations : Identifying recurring issues and reporting them to management. Service Level Monitoring : Ensuring agreed service standards and contract commitments are met. Exception handling : Managing special customer requests and finding appropriate solutions. Coordination with other departments : Collaborating with internal teams such as planning, sales, and operations to ensure seamless service. Job Requirements: Minimum MBO level 4 or higher. Experience in the shipping, transport, or logistics sector. Experience in a customer-facing role within Customer Service or Customer Care. Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate complex situations clearly. Customer-oriented mindset with experience in relationship management. Positive attitude and resilience in challenging situations. Offer: Salary up to 3,800 , depending on experience. Pension plan with full employer contribution.
