An exciting and impactful 12-month replacement role within the thriving and expanding Wealth Management division of our client (a famous Bank located in Luxembourg - Kirchberg). As a reliable point of contact for both clients and Senior Relationship Managers, you will become a key member of a dynamic, highly motivated team operating within a diverse environment-one of the most attractive growth segments in wealth management.
Your mission is to maximise client satisfaction while establishing credibility and trust through your work, always upholding the highest standards of personal and professional integrity. You will collaborate closely with internal bank specialists across various domains-including products, credit, risk, legal, compliance, and operations-handling complex account-related queries and overseeing all tasks and processes throughout the life cycle of a Wealth Management account.
Key Responsibilities :
Assist Senior Relationship Managers in identifying new opportunities and conducting research requests.
Document client profiles for onboarding purposes.
Interact with clients and their representatives during the onboarding process and KYC procedures.
Maintain close communication with clients alongside the assigned Relationship Manager.
Prepare client meetings, offering a comprehensive overview of the bank''s products and services; draft meeting minutes when present.
Handle recurring operational interactions with clients.
Conduct periodic client reviews in accordance with KYC policies and deadlines.
Execute transactions, including payments, deposits, loans, securities transactions, and statement requests.
Support continuous process improvement initiatives to enhance client services.
Required Skills & Experience:
Minimum 3 years of professional experience in Wealth Management or Private Banking.
Strong knowledge of bank policies, processes, and services.
Excellent problem-solving skills, multitasking ability, and attention to detail.
Strong teamwork and organisational skills, with the capacity to meet strict deadlines.
A client-centric mindset with outstanding communication abilities.
A positive, solutions-oriented, and dynamic work approach.
Fluency in French and English; additional other languages are an advantage.
