This internship is ideal for someonehighly organized ,detail-oriented, andeager to gain hands-on experiencein a fast-paced, international workplace.Your Responsibilities:You will work closely with the Workplace Engagement Manager and contribute to:- Coordinating daily office operations and support across multiple locations in Europe.- Supporting event logistics for team activities, workshops, and engagement campaigns.- Assisting with vendor follow-ups, contract updates, and invoice tracking.- Helping to manage the company car fleet documentation and maintenance planning.- Participating in the maintenance of travel policy compliance and travel data records.- Preparing internal communications and organizing shared resources.- Contributing to improvement projects around employee experience and process optimization.What we are looking for:Currently pursuing a degree inBusiness Administration, Facilities Management, HR, or a related field.(You must be able to sign an internship agreement with your Bachelor's, Master's or FP program)Interest in workplace operations, employee experience, or corporate administration.No experience is required StudentLanguages:Fluent in English (spoken and written); additional languages like French or Spanish are a plus.Ideal start date:June 2025Key Skills:- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.- Excellent planning and organizational skills.- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.- Proactive, reliable, and able to manage multiple priorities.- A team player with a collaborative mindset and positive attitude.What we offer?Full-time internship (8h/day) during 6 months.Summer schedule on Fridays:Start early your weekends!Remote Work:Up to 3 days a week!Work-life balance:We have flexible entrance and depature time.Remuneration: 800/month.Opportunity for professional growth at Nextlane.Teambuilding:Our afterworks and activities are memorable!Our Recruitment Process:1: 20-minute meeting with our Talent Acquisition Specialist.2: A conversation with our Workplace Engagement Manager.Diversity, Inclusion BelongingAt Nextlane, we are committed to creating a space whereeveryone feels valued and respected.We firmly believe that diversity in experiences and backgrounds strengthens our culture and drives innovation.Support for people with disabilities.
