one or two sites , leading your teams through structured Manufacturing Excellence programs focused on
efficiency, quality, and digital transformation .
Key ResponsibilitiesLeadership & Talent DevelopmentLead, coach, and mentor site management teamsBuild and implement talent development plans aligned with future skills needsDrive team performance through regular reviews and structured feedbackOperational ExcellenceDeliver against production KPIs, including OEE, labour efficiency, and plan adherenceChampion lean manufacturing tools (Kaizen, 5S, value stream mapping)Execute autonomous maintenance, line efficiency programs, and preventive actionsCustomer Focus & NPD ReadinessEnsure production plans align with delivery schedulesPartner on NPD initiatives to ensure launch readiness across manufacturingQuality, Safety & ComplianceUphold safety, quality, and environmental standardsEnsure full compliance with OHSE and company codes of conductDigital & Data-Driven TransformationLead process digitisation, ERP/data integration, and workflow automationEnhance data visualisation and reporting to support strategic decisions
Who You Are12+ years experience
in manufacturing, with
3+ years in senior leadershipProven track record in food or FMCG production environmentsAdvanced understanding of lean methodologies and operational excellenceSkilled in KPI development, root cause analysis, and team developmentProactive, analytical, and confident in making data-driven decisionsQualificationsMasters degree in Operations, Supply Chain, or related fieldBachelors degree in Engineering, Sciences, or equivalentLean/Six Sigma credentials are a strong plus
