Job TitlePartner Account Manager - Emergency Care Home & Public IIG (Italy, Israel, and Greece)Job DescriptionIn late January, we announced that Bridgefield Capital signed an agreement to acquire Philips Emergency Care business, which includes leading brands and products like HeartStart AEDs, Intrepid and DFM100 monitor defibrillators, Tempus monitor and Tempus ALS systems, and Corsium and ECI informatics solutions. We expect the transaction to close at the end of 2025.With Bridgefields support and building on our 40+ year legacy of growth and innovation in emergency medical technology, the Emergency Care business will continue passionately pursuing our mission of saving lives, lowering healthcare costs, and advancing resuscitation science while serving the public access AED, EMS, military, and hospital markets.As part of an agile company with dedicated resources to achieve strategic goals, youll have opportunities to join the NewCo, grow professionally and personally, and make a significant impact on the acute care space, benefiting consumers, patients, and healthcare workers relying on these life-saving solutions.The Partner Account Manager is responsible for the commercial success of the Emergency Care Home & Public business within IIG (Italy, Israel, and Greece). You will lead the business alongside our partners across the region. If you are an innovative, sales-focused partner manager or key account manager thriving in a fast-paced partner landscape, consider applying for this position!Responsibilities include:Managing business performance KPIs for the Home & Public portfolio in the IIG region.Setting and deploying performance targets for each partner (order intake & sales).Managing the commercial execution of the Emergency Care home and public portfolio in IIG.Driving financial forecasting and demand planning with all partners in IIG.Channeling customer feedback into upstream business propositions.Ensuring consistent customer experience, value, and satisfaction in IIG.Developing relationships and representing Philips'' home & public portfolio in discussions with NGOs, key opinion leaders, and trade associations.Identifying regional trends, competitors, and developing response plans.Structuring strategic deals in IIG and preparing business cases.Developing and implementing business plans with the Home & Public leader Europe and colleagues to meet financial and customer objectives.Collaborating on the execution of the European marketing plan.Qualifications for success:7+ years of commercial experience with a focus on customer satisfaction.A strong track record of achieving business KPIs.Experience working with diverse business models and sales channels through partners, challenging the status quo.Proven ability to define and deploy impactful business plans with partners.Comfort working within a large matrix organization and keeping stakeholders informed about the home & public business.Experience in the Emergency Care business and distribution partners is a plus but not mandatory.Strong communication skills in Italian & English; additional languages such as Hebrew or Greek are advantageous.If youre interested in this role and possess many, but not all, of the required experiences, we encourage you to apply.#LI-EU#J-18808-Ljbffr
