Have a good knowledge of technical and customer Support
Perform the triage of customer complaints
Provide a report on request to the technical details of specific complaints
Help with practical insights during the technical training
Introduce new technologies on the field organization and provide feedback

That''s what you bring along :
Bachelor''s degree in Biomedical Engineering or Electrical Engineering with a strong affinity for technology and processes or equivalent combination of education and experience in a similar role
Minimum of 5 years'' experience in a technical support or technical service organization in the medical device industry with proven success in a similar role such as Support Engineer, Service Engineer, Senior Support Engineer, etc.
Recognized technical expertise in electronics, electromechanical and/or biomedical engineering
Solid experience in coordinating and executing technical support projects such as product improvement projects, new product launches, lifecycle development projects, product technical training programs, ideally in the medical device and/or pharmaceutical industry
Experience in reading and interpreting device diagnostics and/or troubleshooting mechanical ventilation devices
Background in post-market-surveillance and health hazard evaluation processes including Periodic Safety Update Reports (PSUR)
Demonstrated knowledge of CAPA processes
