Investment Funds Lawyer - Your Role :
- Advise on fund structuring and regulatory compliance. You''ll support domestic and international clients on fund formation, restructuring, and ongoing compliance - gaining technical depth while contributing to strategic projects.
- Work closely with senior experts and junior colleagues. You''ll collaborate within a specialised team and take part in mentoring junior associates, helping to develop your leadership and people skills.
- Engage in business development. Take an active role in promoting the firm and identifying opportunities for cross-practice collaboration, enhancing both your network and visibility.
Investment Funds Lawyer - Your Profile:
- 2 to 4 years'' experience in a law firm, with exposure to investment funds or corporate law.
- Admitted to the Luxembourg Bar (List I, II, or IV).
- Fluent in English; French or German is a plus.
- Strong legal expertise, team spirit, and client-oriented mindset.
- Keen to grow in a dynamic and international environment.
