We are looking for a person who is communicative, curious, and flexible.
The ideal candidate will be part of the Experience Design and Implementation team and will help us create satisfying and compelling digital experiences for users based on user research and workflow analysis.
Your key responsibilities
- Define content strategy for various sites related to Digital Solutions, including knowledge management, re-usable digital assets, a catalogue of digital services, and a technology platform.
- Partner with UX/UI designers to create engaging and intuitive digital experiences aligned with business goals.
- Support the development of concepts, customer journeys, interaction flows, wireframes, prototypes, information architecture, and content strategy.
- Oversee end-to-end content strategy implementation.
- Lead content audits to identify opportunities and ensure consistency across Zurich platforms.
- Utilize quantitative and qualitative data to inform copy decisions and measure UX improvements.
- Define, prioritize, coordinate, and execute content management plans.
- Manage and deliver content for various websites, ensuring key messages are integrated into overall designs.
- Oversee external copywriters and content agencies, including proofreading and style adjustments.
- Contribute to adopting Zurichs tone of voice, empathy, and user experience standards.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including engineering and product management, to develop successful customer experiences.
- Build strong relationships with development teams for high-quality implementation and copy management.
- Coordinate with design teams and external agencies to create visual and interactive media.
- Participate in design reviews and present concepts to stakeholders.
Minimum qualifications
- Degree in Communications or related field with strong writing and verbal skills in English.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Digital Content Manager, UX Writer, or similar role.
- Strong understanding of UX principles, user-centered design, and content strategy.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards and user behavior insights.
- Ability to understand complex technical and digital concepts (e.g., Cloud, DevOps, IT Architecture).
- Experience with writing style guides (e.g., Economist guide preferred).
- Ability to manage ambiguity and cope with uncertainty.
- Results- and detail-oriented with good research and analysis skills.
- German and Spanish language skills are a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office; basic knowledge of CMS platforms (Wordpress, Sitecore, etc.) is a plus.
- Knowledge of the insurance industry or insurtechs is a plus.
