About the Role
As a Commercial Office Employee, youll be the first point of contact for our customers. You''ll handle incoming queries via phone and email, provide technical and commercial support, and ensure a smooth sales process from inquiry to order. This is a varied and impactful role where your communication skills, organizational talent, and service-oriented mindset make all the difference.
Your Responsibilities
- Provide sales support and customer service for our broad range of mechanical products and services.
- Handle customer inquiries and offer technical advice.
- Prepare and follow up on quotations, upsell where possible, and help convert inquiries into orders.
- Manage administrative tasks related to sales processes.
- Work closely with a knowledgeable and supportive team that helps you grow in your role
What You Bring
- Minimum MBO level of education or thinking.
- Experience in a (technical) commercial role is a plus.
- Affinity with mechanical or technical products, and willingness to learn more.
- Strong command of Dutch, both spoken and written.
- A proactive, accurate, and communicative personality.
- Customer-focused, commercially minded, and a real team player.
