As our Trade Marketing Manager, you''lllead the charge in professional channels, driving new productlaunches, managing product life cycles, and setting strategicpricing. Key Responsibilities - Overseetactical and operational management of STANLEY & DEWALT productgroups, optimizing and maintaining the product portfolio to alignwith Benelux growth plans. - Develop and execute regional launchand promo plans, including conducting price analysis andadjustments. - Collaborate with central product managers,commercialization teams, brand marketing colleagues, and localsales to ensure alignment and drive sales conversion. - Participatein strategic meetings, create annual marketing plans forstakeholders and customers, and manage budgets and sales growthacross the full marketing mix. - Drive commercial planning andcampaigns from concept to delivery, ensuring budget compliance,presenting commercialisation plans effectively, and maintaininglean product portfolios to improve working capital and reduceexcess and obsolete stock.
