Our goal is simple and ambitious - JDE: A coffee & tea for every cup.Job DescriptionThe CS&L function ensures the integration of all key business processes from supplier to customers, providing products, services, and information that add value for customers and stakeholders. In your role as Logistic Specialist, you will ensure the operational execution of local logistics services (transport and warehouses) and be responsible for guaranteeing on-time deliveries at the best cost. This includes:Active Inventory management to maximize stock reliability and accuracy with minimized cost. Execute daily reconciliation analysis and root cause impact analysis of the inventory projection.Ensure the accuracy of Warehousing & Distribution data: volumes, costs, accrual vs invoice, KPI management.Develop mid- and long-term plans for creating AOP and VCP.Conduct tenders with different LSPs or periodical benchmarking.Manage day-to-day communication with LSPs regarding service follow-up, stock differences, etc.Hold monthly meetings with LSPs to review KPIs and service levels, and define follow-up actions for improvement.Oversee transport management of inbound and outbound distribution with LSPs, monitoring and improving performance and costs, and coordinating issues with manufacturers.Control costs of warehousing and distribution activities, including in-depth analysis of cost development and variances.Manage invoices: PO creation, invoice checking, and payment issue resolution.Handle pallet management with Chep and LSPs.QualificationsWe are looking for someone with the following experience and skills:Knowledge and experience in logistics data analysis and reporting.Understanding of EDI systems.High-level customer focus and excellent customer service skills.Good communication skills.Highly analytical and accurate.Results-driven, eager to take ownership and initiative.Capable of influencing others.Fluent in Italian and English (must have).Additional InformationPermanent contract, based in Milan.The future of work is hybrid, with both office and home working.#J-18808-Ljbffr
