Main Responsibilities: - Provide assistance andtraining to the administrative teams of the subsidiaries, ensuringthe adoption of best business practices. - Support the preparationof the subsidiaries'' quarterly financial statements, ensuringcompliance with deadlines and Group accounting standards. -Collaborate in the quarterly and annual reporting process,collecting and consolidating financial data to ensure accurate andtimely reporting. - Monitor administrative activities, ensuringcompliance with internal processes and local regulations. - Preparekey financial reports, including the Group''s net financial positionand working capital. - Manage general accounting, creditmonitoring, accounts payable, treasury, and expense reimbursementsfor the assigned subsidiaries. - Communicate and collaborate withthe central administrative team, subsidiary managers, externalauditors, consultants, and local authorities. - Support auditactivities and tax filings for the subsidiaries in coordinationwith local consultants. Requirements: - Education: Degree ineconomics (recent graduate or with some work experience). -Languages: Excellent command of English (both written and spoken).French, German, or Spanish is a plus. - Technical skills: Strongproficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel). - Strongproblem-solving skills and a collaborative team spirit. - Abilityto manage tasks independently with attention to detail. -Adaptability to a dynamic, international environment. - Willingnessto travel abroad.
