- You will supportcustomers with their technical support questions, drawing on yourexpertise and after completing an initial training period providedby the company.
- You help them order the rightparts for the machines.
- Once you haveidentified the appropriate part, you prepare thequotation.
- You ensure that the spareparts are ready on time and arrange suitable (urgent) shipping forcustomers worldwide.
- This role alsoinvolves handling associated administrative tasks, such aspreparing transport and customs documents.
- Inconsultation with the team, you will handle incoming warrantyclaims and work together to find a customer-friendlysolution.

- You have a bachelor''s degree ina technical field, ideally in electromechanics or equivalentthrough experience.
- Reading technical planscomes naturally to you.
- Basic knowledge ofSolidWorks, E-plan, and/or AutoCAD is aplus.
- Familiarity with programming (Siemens orAllen Bradley) is recommended.
- Experience incustomer service is considered highlyadvantageous.
- You possess strong communicationskills and prioritize customersatisfaction.
- You excel in problem-solving andmultitasking.
- Proficiency in English, Dutch,and/or French is crucial for thisrole.
