Field Marketing Manager

The Position:
As a Field Marketing Manager, youll drive regional marketing initiatives that fuel pipeline growth. Working closely with sales teams, youll execute account-based marketing, executive events, digital campaigns, and partner co-marketing to maximize impact across key markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop & execute field and channel marketing programs across EMEA.
- Align marketing strategies with the sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure.
- Build and activate partner co-marketing initiatives with Customers and Partners
- Lead digital marketing efforts across organic and paid channels (Google, LinkedIn, Meta).
- Drive customer advocacy, leveraging success stories across the region.
- Manage SDR support and ensure diligent lead follow-up with Sales Account Executives.
- Oversee localisation of digital content & assets, with plans to expand support.
- Track and optimize marketing performance, providing data-driven insights.
What You Bring
- Fluency in Dutch, French or German
- Minimum of 4+ years in regional field marketing, ideally in B2B SaaS Applications
- Strong experience in event management, campaign execution & partner marketing.
- Hands-on expertise in digital marketing (organic & paid).
- Data-driven, process-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Proficiency with marketing automation & CRM tools (lead scoring/nurturing experience is a plus).
