Seven For All Mankind is looking for an experiencedand results-driven Retail Store Manager to oversee the overallmanagement of our store in Rome. The successful candidate will beresponsible for driving top-line sales, enhancing the customerexperience, and leading a high-performing team. This includesanalyzing performance metrics, maximizing profitability, andensuring alignment with our brand image and retail strategy. Youwill play a key role in inspiring your team, growing store traffic,and creating a premium shopping environment that reflects ourbrands fashion and lifestyle DNA. Key Responsibilities: - Developand implement business strategies to expand the customer base,increase store traffic, and optimize profitability - Analyze WTD,PTD, and YTD KPIs to identify trends and define effective actionplans - Drive sales performance through training, coaching, andmentoring team members - Ensure that all team members understandand represent the brand values, product knowledge, and seasonalmessages - Maintain excellent customer service standards to achievehigh customer satisfaction - Take ownership of all aspects of storeoperations, including inventory control and stock shrinkage targets- Manage all administrative functions and ensure compliance withcompany policies and procedures - Oversee staff performancereviews, disciplinary actions, and development plans incoordination with HR - Ensure compliance with health and safetyregulations and maintain a safe and secure store environment -Uphold high standards in visual merchandising and overall storepresentation - Ensure accurate and timely cash handling, bankingprocedures, and petty cash purchases - Utilize POS system reportsto track performance and identify business needs - Maintainin-depth knowledge of current fashion trends and in-store productassortment Qualifications: - Minimum 3 years of experience inretail store management - Strong leadership skills with the abilityto motivate and develop a team - Excellent organizational,multitasking, and time management abilities - Customer-centricmindset and proven ability to deliver a premium customer experience- Solid understanding of retail KPIs, operational procedures, andinventory management - Up-to-date with the latest fashion trendsand the ability to translate that into customer engagement -Business acumen and strong networking skills - Fluency in English(written and spoken) This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamicretail professional who is passionate about fashion and thrives ina fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
