Financial Consolidation & ReportingSpecialist Functieomschrijving As FinancialConsolidation &ReportingSpecialist (m/f/x) you will be responsible for:Consolidation - Handle the monthly closing for the mainshareholders (incl. FV calculation, impairment test, presentationto the board, preclosing overviews, any specific request); -Perform the quarterly and annual consolidations using theconsolidation tool Prophix (former Sigma) in IFRS with the rest ofthe team. Controlling & reporting - Ensure the monthly,quarterly and yearly reporting towards the management andshareholders; - Ensure a good capital expenditure follow-up andreporting; - Participate in the set up of budgets and forecastswith the rest of the team; - Analyze differences in forecasts butalso versus actuals; - Ensure the reporting of the budget andforecasts towards the management and shareholders. Accounting &Auditing - Being the main contact point for the auditors in Belgiumbut also at group level (follow-up of their work and requests,respect of the deadlines, planning, debrief, fee discussions.); -Prepare the quarterly IFRS 16 information, including the update ofthe information and preparation of the postings for all thecompanies of the group; - Yearly update on IAS 19 pension provisionfor the group and preparation of the postings for all the companiesof the group; - Preparation of the yearly IFRS financialstatements. Treasury - Analyzing needs and credit balance; -Following advance between Group companies; - Following loans andbank relations; - Following investments and analyze projects. Other- Participate in any upcoming project impacting the group (recentexamples: Change of shareholder structure, SAP migration, BI tool,full transition to IFRS). Profiel Therequired profile for the Financial Consolidation & ReportingSpecialist (m/f/x) position: - Master Degree in Applied Economics,Finance & Accountancy or Commercial Engineer; - Minimum 5 yearsprofessional experience ideally in one of the Big 4 or in aControlling function; - Fluent in French and/or Dutch, very goodknowledge in English; - Knowledge of IFRS is essential; - Knowledgeof the Belgian Accountancy is an asset; - Knowledge of SAP is anasset; - Vey good communication skills; - Excellent organizationaland relational skills, rigorous, analytical and synthetic mind; -Team worker, open minded, autonomous and proactive; - Persevering,flexible and stress resistant.
