Sales Area Manager Nord Ovest Settore Chimico Edile (f/m/x), PiemontePiemonte, ItalyOur client develops, produces, and sells innovative solutions for building waterproofing and technical foams, operating internationally with offices and logistics centers across Europe. Their clients mainly include resellers and manufacturers of wooden and aluminum windows, PVC windows and doors, and window installation companies.We are seeking an ambitious, motivated, and skilled individual to strengthen the current sales team in the North East, residing in one of the following regions: Piemonte, part of Lombardia, Emilia, Valle D''Aosta, or Liguria.Responsibilities:Distribution and sale of technically complex products related to the production and installation of windows and fixtures;Acquisition of new clients and products;Consulting designers and installers on window and door installation;Technical and commercial support to clients and colleagues;Training installers;Maintaining and expanding contacts with designers and building authorities;Independent consulting and support to architects during project planning;Implementing sales and marketing strategies;Continuous CRM updates.Profile:Completed manual/technical training in construction, preferably in windows or facades;Experience in field sales and consulting for technical products, ideally in the window/fixture sector;Residing in one of the specified regions;Strong sales/consulting orientation with proven success in the areas mentioned;Knowledge of German or English is a plus but not essential;Ability to work independently and in a structured manner;Dedication, flexibility, reliability, resilience;Team spirit, strong interpersonal skills, and client acquisition skills;Driving license;Proficiency in MS Office / IOS.What we offer:Very attractive remuneration with bonuses based on experience;Company vehicle, also for private use;Secure employment with a 2-year fixed-term contract, with the possibility of becoming permanent in a growing family-owned company;Home office equipment including iPhone and iPad;Training and onboarding by experienced colleagues;Opportunities for career growth within the company.Please apply with the code provided, preferably via ISG-Karriereportal or email.
