We are seeking a qualified anddedicated Group Internal Audit Specialist to support thedevelopment and maintenance of our internal audit framework, whileensuring the efficient and effective execution of all ongoing auditprocesses and initiatives. The ideal candidate will play a key rolein supporting the planning and execution of various audits,including operational, financial, and compliance audits, inalignment with the annual audit plan. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES -Support in planning and executing audit (operational, financial,compliance) in according to the annual audit plan; - Collaborate onspecial projects on request of senior management (ad-hoc audits,project reviews, fraud investigations or similar); - Prepare andpresent reports that reflect audits results, elaborating onpotential solutions; - Reviews and presents audit results, withinplanned time scales, that meet customer expectations and ensuresthe utmost efficiency during the audit work as well as the validityof the opinions expressed; - Interacts with Management at alllevels; - Collect, examine, analyze, and verify information aboutthe organizations systems and processes by reviewing manuals,policies, reports, financial statements, and other writtenmaterials, and by interviewing organizational members whererequired; - Support the Internal Audit Manager in preparingdocumentation for the Board; - Support in monitoring the fraudprevention system, overseeing the whistleblowing managementprocedure, collaborating with the Internal Audit Team toinvestigate the complaints collected. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS -Bachelors and/or masters degree in accounting, business, orrelated field; - 5+ years of progressive experience in audit,compliance, fraud investigation or risk management; - Fluent inEnglish language is a must; - Strong Analytical skill and Goaloriented attitude; - Excellent written and oral communicationskills, both in Italian and English; - Experience working onglobal, cross-functional and complex projects; - Knowledge of SAPsystem and experience in data analysis; - Knowledge of Celonis,process mining software, is a plus; - Relevant professionalcertifications are a plus (CPA, CFE or CIA); - Willing to join amulticultural and multinational Group. - Availability to work onsite and travelling in Cementir Group sites up to 60% of the timeacross UE and Extra-UE.
