Job Description:Manpower, a global leader in Aerospace and Defence, is seeking a:Transverse Management Support EngineerThe candidate will be responsible for:Providing System Engineers and Project Managers with consultancy on engineering environments and configuring workbenches for system projects;Training and guiding engineers on processes and engineering methods supported by tools;Managing incidents and service requests raised by system engineers;Supporting data migration strategies for system engineering workbenches;Contributing to the capitalization and continuous improvement of best practices and service offerings on systems;Sharing feedback collected from system engineers to participate in defining future standard solutions.Requirements:Master''s degree in engineering (Aeronautical/Space Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent);Understanding of systems engineering processes, methods, and tools, including concepts such as IVVQ (Integration/Verification/Validation/Qualification), R-A-M-T (Reliability/Maintainability/Availability/Testability), and related standards;Skills in using workbenches for systems engineering in an operational context;Good problem-solving skills, initiative, and organizational abilities.What We Offer:Permanent contract in temporary employment, with the Metalworking Industry Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCNL), a gross annual salary of approximately 33,000, plus about 10 tickets, 2-3 days of remote work per week, and the MyPath program (dedicated to professional growth and employee benefits).Work location: Rome#J-18808-Ljbffr
