To accommodate our growth, Nipro EMEA is looking for an Operational Excellence Manager who is passionate, detail-oriented, and proactive to join us in our Operations team, based in our Mechelen office in Belgium.
What youll do
- Utilize Lean Six Sigma methodologies to analyze and optimize processes
- Develop and implement operational excellence strategies aligned with company objectives
- Lead and manage cross-functional projects to optimize operations
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the organization
- Track, analyze, and report on operational performance metrics
- Provide training and guidance to teams on Lean Six Sigma methodologies
- Identify and assess operational risks and develop mitigation plans
- Ensure compliance with ISO, JSOX, and regulatory requirements
What youll need
- Proven experience in operational excellence and risk management
- Strong knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodologies (ideally black belt)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lead and manage cross-functional projects
- Strong communication and training skills
- Experience in compliance with ISO, JSOX, and regulatory requirements
