What you will do:
As the Global Head of Human Resources, your duties and responsibilities will
include:
Lead global HR strategy, aligning people initiatives with business priorities.
Oversee HR operations spanning talent acquisition, employee relations, and performance management.
Direct labour relations and compliance within manufacturing, particularly in Germany and Switzerland.
Design and manage change programmes to harmonise policies and culture globally.
Develop and implement leadership and talent development frameworks.
Act as a trusted advisor to the CEO, executive leadership, and works councils.
Build and lead a high-performing HR organisation through inclusive and inspiring leadership.
What you will bring:
These are the skills and experience you will need to succeed as the Global Head of Human Resources:
Years of progressive HR leadership in global manufacturing environments.
Proven experience leading international HR teams across direct and matrixed structures.
Strong background in core HR disciplines: recruitment, employee relations, performance management.
Expertise in labour relations, health & safety, and works council engagementespecially in Germany and Switzerland.
Ability to drive organisational change and cultural harmonisation across regions.
Bachelor''s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
MBA or advanced HR certification preferred.
