Join our dynamic team as an HR Coordinator!
Position Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive HR Coordinator to join our growing team in our new location in Oosterwolde, Netherlands.The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

• Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations the accuracy and confidentiality of sensitive HR data
• Coordinate onboarding and orientation programs for new hires
• Handle employee inquiries and provide accurate information related to HR policies and procedures
• Be the link between the company Time Attendance system and the external payroll provider
• Assist with recruitment processes including job postings, screening of candidates, and scheduling interviews
  

You will be the first HR colleague hired to the new location and will be part of defining standards and company culture in a fast growing organization.

Scandi Standards Netherlands B.V. is a newly established legal entity building on a existing structure. As a person you should thrive in and be motivated by setting standards, defining processes and being part of a large organization with an entrepreneurial mindset.

We also expect you to have the following competencies

• Bachelor''s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Some experience in an HR support role
• Strong understanding of HR practices and labour laws
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• High level of discretion and confidentiality
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

You will be supported by both local management on site and by experienced colleagues internationally being part of the Scandi Standard global organization. The position will report into the Scandi Standard HR Organization with a firm link to the Danish HR Director.
