Irem Spa is seeking a qualified Quality Inspector to join its internal team. The successful candidate will perform inspections, tests, and necessary actions to ensure that all constructed components comply with client requirements, as well as local, international, and internal standards, in collaboration with various departments.Qualifications:Conduct inspections on materials and verify related certifications.Monitor storage and preservation activities of materials, pressure equipment, and machinery.Ensure proper identification and traceability during storage and manufacturing.Supervise final testing processes.Participate in all control activities outlined in the Quality Control Plans and prepare related reports.Verify that testing and inspection instruments are calibrated and suitable for their purpose.Perform visual and dimensional checks on completed work.Inspect flanged joints, insulation, painting, and structures during manufacturing and assembly.Oversee installation of machinery and pressure equipment.Validate and calibrate inspection tools.Conduct non-destructive tests such as PT, MT, PMI, ferrite, and hardness testing.Perform inspections at supplier facilities upon request.Report non-conformities and analyze their causes to implement corrective actions in collaboration with operational staff.Ideal Candidate Profile:The candidate should possess:Knowledge of technical drawings and control tools.Experience with non-destructive testing methods.Secondary school diploma.At least 3 years of industry experience.Proficiency in English.Familiarity with common software and PC skills.Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.Ability to work independently and solve problems.Respect for rules and safety standards.Additional Information:Employment contract will be offered based on experience.#J-18808-Ljbffr
