This role offers a unique opportunity to drive technicaland strategic leadership at a large, complex, and innovativemanufacturing site, playing a key role in shaping theorganization''s growth and success. Tasks: - Oversee TS/MS externalmanufacturing to meet global quality and contract manufacturingstandards. - Lead technical capability development forcommercialization, ensuring robust product handovers and lifecyclemanagement. - Assess technical capabilities for businessdevelopment and acquisitions, supporting agreements, and technicaltransfers. - Ensure manufacturing processes and products arecontrolled, compliant, and continuously improving. - Collaboratewith TSMS and R&D to develop talent and supportcommercialization efforts Profile: - Bachelor''s or higher degree ina scientific field - 10+ years of experience in the pharmaceuticalor biopharmaceutical industry - 3+ years of leadership experiencewith direct team management responsibilities - 4+ years ofexperience with drug products (tablets or capsules) - Fluent inEnglish (C1); German or French is a plus Are you interested?
