Purpose &Overall Relevance for the Organization:
Optimize & execute integrated purchasing, global supply planning and PO management activities. Ensure performance achieves availability targets COTA (Confirmed On Time Allocation) and MDP (Management Delivery Performance) and respects market SLAs. Optimize usage of factory capacity in line with market requirements, supplier capabilities to service global demand.
Work across functions and locations to solve supply planning and purchasing related issues, identify risks and opportunities and mitigate potential delays.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a single point of contact for Market related topics with focus on product availability
- Independently run business control process to achieve market availability targets for relevant area; analyze data, prepare inputs and presentations, define mitigation actions and communicate to stakeholders.
- Support Supply Review with relevant Liaison Office (LO) to ensure optimized use of capacity, understand supply constraints, delivery performance development and ensure risk mitigation plans are in place
- Execute the buy decisions (PO Creation) in line with the supply plan and respecting Market SLA’s
- Support level loading execution for respective area i.e. pre-seasonal activities, contracts and pull forward process (PF) etc.
- Process ownership; responsible for documentation, testing and enhancement of a specific business process. Support implementation of projects within area of responsibility and contribute to system & process improvements, aligning and prioritizing cross divisionally/cross brand where possible to enhance operational efficiency
- Act as the first point of contact for the process related issues and escalations.

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in supply chain management or in the areas of business administration, logistics, planning, information systems. Master's degree is a plus
- 3+ years of experience in supply chain management, operations or planning, preferably in the Accessories, Apparel or Footwear industries
