Join us as our next Production ManagerReporting to the Site Head of Operations, you will manage, plan, and coordinate manufacturing processes to ensure flavor products are produced on schedule, within quality standards, and cost goals, facilitating smooth delivery to customers.Location: Florence, KYResponsibilities:Manufacturing Strategy Implementation: Manage a team focusing on policy and strategy execution, overseeing tactical and operational plans to meet goals.Manufacturing Management: Control production, material flow, and inventory; develop and implement manufacturing processes; optimize schedules and resources; establish standards and budgets; communicate with other departments; and drive continuous improvement.People Management: Foster high performance through leadership; monitor performance; ensure training; handle personnel responsibilities such as recruiting and salary approvals.Qualifications:Bachelor''s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or related field.7+ years in manufacturing operations, with experience in supply chain, quality, or materials management.2+ years in progressive people management roles.Expertise in product industrialization, change management, business process/system redesign, and financial concepts.Knowledge of ISO, FSCC, Food Safety standards, GHP, GMP, and EHS requirements.Additional Qualifications:Master''s Degree in a Technical field (preferred).What We Offer:Medical, Vision, and high matching 401k plan.#LI-Onsite#ZRAt Givaudan, you contribute to delightful taste and scent experiences that touch people''s lives.
