Your tasks:
- You manage and monitor the process disciplines within a major CAPEX program
- You coordinate and lead different Subject Matter Experts which are responsible for Up-, Downstream, Utilities and Automation
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and external partners, including production, MSAT, research and development and quality assurance
- You support the project from concept planning to commissioning, taking into account relevant and current technical standards, GMP specifications and HSE guidelines
- Responsibility for compliance with the required quality, regulations, budgeted costs and deadlines for your area
Your profile:
- University degree as an engineer specializing in process or chemical engineering or a related field
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Several years of experience as an independent process discipline lead within major CAPEX projects
- Sound expertise in the planning and technology of chemical-pharmaceutical API production plants
- Knowledge of GMP requirements in the chemical-pharmaceutical industry as well as knowledge of clean utilities, clean rooms and containment
- High resilience and flexibility
- High tolerance for ambiguity and capability to manage uncertainty while maintaining effective decision-making
- Very good knowledge of German and English, project language in English
