He verifies and ensures that all activitiesare performed according to the TCM HSE Policy, the regulations,standards and procedures, promoting all preventive and correctiveaction as required. Activity and Main Responsibilities - To performthe Job Hazardous Analysis (JHA) and participate to the Job SafetyAnalysis (JSA); - Verify the adequacy and application of the SiteHSE Plan and all related procedures, to the preparing anyrevisions; - To update the HSE documentation during all theconstruction phases when deemed necessary; - To check thatSubcontractors perform their activities in accordance with all theHSE applicable procedures, regulation and standards, promoting allnecessary action to ensure that the said procedures and regulationsare observed; - To organize, plan and participate to periodical HSEwalk around, Inspections and Audits on site, prepare all therelevant reports, action plans, verify the follow up and the timelyexecution of the corrective action; - To organize, coordinate anddirectly participate in the HSE Training activities on site; - Toorganize and participate to all relevant site HSE Meetings, preparethe relevant MOM; - To co-operate with the Client concerning theissue of any necessary work permits; - To organize in case of workaccidents a full investigation of the event, finalized to theidentification of corrective measure to avoid reoccurrence; - Tokeep accident records, identifying the areas to which preventionmust be addressed; - To perform and or promote the indoctrination /training of personnel; - Lead and coordinate the activities off theSite HSE Committee (composed by all Contractor and SubcontractorsHSE Representative); - To lead and coordinate the site emergencyresponse team and fire prevention/fighting team, organizingtraining and emergency drill mock activities; - To prepare the HSEsection of the construction monthly progress report and otherperiodical report; - To prepare and update the Site HSE Statistics,verify the performance versus the Project and corporate HSEObjective, Targets and performance indicators; - Propose recoveryplan in case of mismatch.
