Beschrijving van de functie GeneralHR and Payroll Administration - First point of contact foremployees for all HR-related matters. - Maintain up-to-dateemployee records and documentation in the HR system andorganisational files. - Administer payroll and employee benefits incoordination with relevant suppliers (social secretariat, insurancebrokers, etc.). - Keep up-to-date and ensure compliance withBelgian labour legislation, as well as internal HR policies. -Advise and support management on HR-related matters and provideHR-related data. - Other HR-related tasks as needed. It mightoccasionally be required to assist the Operations team with otheradministrative tasks. Recruitment & Onboarding - Manage thefull recruitment cycle, from assessing staffing needs to onboardingnew employees. - Prepare job descriptions, post vacancies, andscreen applications. - Coordinate and conduct initial interviews,manage candidate communication, and finalise hiring decisions. -Handle employment contracts and ensure a smooth onboardingexperience. HR Strategy & Development - Prepare and implement astrategic plan for personnel development, including identificationof staff needs, training programmes and resources, as well as doverseeing of training programmes. - Implement, update and enforceHR policies in line with legal requirements and/or best practices.- Manage the annual performance review and objective-settingprocesses. - Support employee retention strategies throughsatisfaction surveys and career development initiatives. - Workwith the Operations Director on HR budgeting, salary structures,and financial planning. - Implement new HR technologies andoptimise HR service tools.
