In this role you will work in the expanding CTI team for a client, who is a global pharmaceutical company. The Support Analyst will assist the CTI team in the various phases of the intelligence cycle by monitoring, triaging, and processing alerts, and assisting the process of providing relevant intelligence to the overall security team and senior decision makers. Please note that as our client is based in the EU and US, there may be some requirement to work during Pacific Standard Time office hours.

Main Responsibilities:

• Monitor open-source and proprietary threat intelligence platforms for relevant data.
• Assist in the collection, analysis, and dissemination of cyber threat intelligence.
• Support incident response teams by providing timely and relevant threat information.
• Support CTI lead in threat intelligence production.
• Maintain and update threat intelligence databases and tools.
• Prepare detailed reports and briefings on threat trends and indicators.
• Assist in developing and refining CTI processes and methodologies.

Required skills and qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field.
• An understanding of cybersecurity threats, vulnerabilities, and attack vectors would be beneficial.
• Knowledge of common threat actors, TTPs, and security controls.
• Proficiency with threat intelligence platforms and tools.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
