Cost Control Manager - New-Build Data Centre, Italy - Highly Competitive Rate - 12 Months Rolling

For a greenfield data centre project in Italy, we have been requested to put people forward for interviews to help manage our clients'' flagship greenfield Data Centre.

The project length is 3 years so the scope for extension is very promising, and they are looking to make this project the gold standard for their expansion across EMEA.

They are forming a new team at this moment, so it''s a fantastic time to apply. The working pattern will be hybrid, some on-site presence will be required as the project ramps up, but our client are willing to be flexible.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the pre-construction phase of the project
• Produce appropriate budgetary & resource allocation reports
• Ligase with the client providing regular updates
• Work closely with the cost-control team to ensure visibility throughout

Qualifications:

• Previous experience on Data Centre projects (essential)
• Experience with greenfield construction projects
• Bachelor''s degree in related field
• Oil & Gas/Pharmaceutical experience (desirable if less DC experience)
• Italian-speaking (preferred not essential)
• Experience with Project Management Consultancies
