Apply now for the position of Customer Service Engineer In Vitro Veneto & Friuli-Venezia Giulia.Your role:Within the designated area (North Italy), perform installation, configuration, repairs, and training on assigned hardware and software products (Automation and Clinical Chemistry/Immunoassay).Ensure complete execution of all preventive maintenance on the assigned assets.Work with Project Management and Application Specialist to successfully implement complex solutions.Collaborate with the local Customer Service team to delight Customers.Report all activities into the ERP system to satisfy Complaint Handling processes.Interact with the Technical Solution Center and Regional Support Center to ensure proper resolution of issues.Your expertise:Degree in mechanical, electronic, or biomedical engineering or equivalent working experience in customer service environments.Willingness to travel within the area and across Italy as needed.Team-oriented, proactive, and able to take initiative.Excellent communication skillsmake complex issues easy to understand.Fluent in English (written and spoken).Car license required.Preferably residing in the Treviso area.To learn more about the specific business, visit www.siemens-healthineers.com.Who we are:We are a team of over 71,000 dedicated Healthineers across more than 70 countries.
