Our client , a leading legal protection insurance provider in Switzerland and part of a well-established mobility organization, is currently seeking a dynamic and experienced individual for the role of:
Head of Legal Services (80% - 100%)
This is an excellent opportunity to join a reputable organization offering legal protection in various domains, including private, traffic, real estate, travel, corporate, and internet law.
Your Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of several legal professionals and administrative staff members, ensuring high-quality case handling and effective cost management.
- Oversee and personally manage legal claims for private and corporate clients in insured legal areas such as traffic law, tenancy and employment law, travel and consumer law, liability, insurance, and social security law.
- Contribute to the strong reputation of the company through your legal expertise, professionalism, and dedication to service quality.
Your Profile:
- Swiss legal degree, bar admission is preferred.
- Several years of professional legal experience combined with proven leadership and people management skills.
- Strong team orientation and the ability to foster motivation and professional development among team members.
- Efficient, pragmatic, and solution-driven approach to work.
- Excellent communication skills and a client-focused mindset.
