Simaero is recruiting a Head of HR to cover amaternity leave (contract duration between 4 to 6 months) tosupport its development in France and internationally. Beyond theoperational scope of the HR function, Simaero is looking for a Headof HR who can bring strong business expertise and a holisticvision, while respecting local specificities, in a context ofglobal transformation and structuring. Reporting directly to theGroup CEO, the Head of HR will work closely with him and allmembers of the executive committee and collaborate with teamsacross France and internationally. The Head of HR is responsiblefor ensuring the coherence of the Groups HR policy in line withthe strategic direction set by the General Management team,covering a perimeter of approximately 200 people. While regions aregranted autonomy in day-to-day management, harmonizing processesand practices is essential to establish a common foundation acrossthe Group. Your role - Contributing to the organization,structuring, and development of the Group''s transversal functions -Driving internal Group communication to strengthen Group culture -Overseeing recruitment policy and actively participating in somerecruitments - Supporting executive committee members in theirtalent management responsibilities - Ensuring effective managementof the internal Learning platform in collaboration with transversalteams - Advising executives and promoting management best practices- Providing HR management guidance to managers, including legalsupport and assistance in managing social relations within theGroup - Driving and implementing group-level strategic projectsYour Profile - 5+ years of experience in a similar role, preferablyin fast-growing or rapidly evolving business environments. -Experience in international and multicultural settings. - Excellentcommand of talent acquisition, with the ability to rethink andstructure this strategic area. - Strategic vision and the abilityto lead cross-functional projects. - Strong operational mindset,hands-on approach to implement, test, and adjust practices. -Excellent interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills. -Fluent in spoken and written English and French.
