Our client is looking for you! - keyresponsibilities Purpose of the Role: To define and implementeffective marketing and promotional strategies and activities tosupport the growth of our client''s Oncology portfolio within theWomens Cancer franchise. Primary Responsibilities: - StrategicPlanning & Insight: Translate local market and customerinsights into a comprehensive brand plan that aligns with globaland regional strategic brand plans and the overall productstrategy. - Adaptability & Optimization: Proactively adapt thebrand plan based on the evolving market landscape, customerfeedback, market research, and promotional performance analysis tomaximize the brand''s potential. - Market Expertise: Serve as thego-to expert for the assigned Womens Cancer indications,possessing in-depth knowledge of the brand, competitors, and thebroader market. - Execution & Delivery: Take ownership of thedevelopment and delivery of marketing initiatives and materials toachieve performance targets. - Omnichannel Engagement: Maximize theeffectiveness of commercial and medical channels, strategicallyleveraging digital platforms while maintaining a balanced approachwith traditional print, to ensure optimal customer engagement. -Best Practice Sharing: Contribute to and implement best practicesacross the Oncology Business Unit and regional teams to enhanceoverall marketing effectiveness. - Sales Team Collaboration: Buildstrong relationships and collaborate closely with the sales team togather valuable market and customer insights, ensure alignment onbrand strategy and messaging, and translate customer needs intoimpactful promotional materials and campaigns. - Cross-FunctionalLeadership: Lead cross-functional team discussions for the assignedindications, fostering alignment around strategic direction andactivity planning. - Budget Management: Take responsibility for thebrand budget allocated to your assigned indications. -qualifications What we are looking for: The ideal contractor is apassionate individual with a strong interest in marketing,scientific advancements, and connecting with people. - Universitydegree in Life Sciences or another relevant discipline with ahealthcare focus from a recognized university. - Minimum of 2 yearsof experience within the healthcare industry. - Prior experience inmarketing or project management is preferred. - Previous experienceand/or scientific knowledge within oncology is considered asignificant plus. - Demonstrated ability to work independently andtake ownership of assigned portfolio indications. - Strongcollaborator with a proven ability to work effectively within ateam, across different oncology franchises, and withcross-functional departments; capable of guiding and aligningcross-functional brand teams around regional strategy. - Possessesa proactive "can-do" attitude with strong project management,problem-solving, analytical, and execution skills. - Excellent oraland written communication skills in English are essential; fluencyin Dutch and/or French is highly desirable. share thisjob.
