Procurement Manager IT Hardware (Amsterdam)

The Opportunity
Were looking for someone who thrives in dynamic environments and knows how to get things done. As Procurement Manager, youll be the go-to person for managing local and international purchases (EU/US), ensuring everything runs smoothly from supplier onboarding to goods delivery.
The team is international, hands-on, and collaborative. Youll work closely with engineers, finance and operations specialists to make sure the right equipment lands in the right place, on time.
This role is based in Amsterdam and requires regular presence at the office (approx. 4 days per week).
What youll be doing
- Handling the full procurement lifecycle for IT-related goods, with a focus on speed and quality.
- Building and maintaining a reliable network of local and international suppliers.
- Coordinating across departments to streamline purchasing, budgeting and logistics.
- Tracking task progress and creating visibility through reporting dashboards.
What makes you a great fit
- Youve previously worked in procurement, with exposure to IT or hardware purchases. (MUST)
- Youre fluent in English and confident navigating international vendors.
- You know your way around Outlook, Excel, and structured task management.
- You stay calm under pressure, meet deadlines, and enjoy cross-team collaboration.
Bonus points for:
- Familiarity with ERP systems
- Existing relationships with IT hardware suppliers.
