- 5+ years of practical experience in the electrical power sector, including both transmission and distribution networks
- Solid experience in designing high voltage substations
- Proven experience working within international and multicultural project environments
- Strong project management skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders, both internal and external
- Thorough knowledge of key regulations and standards, including the Network Code and NC RfG
- Experience overseeing contractors and ensuring their work complies with project specifications, functional requirements, and industry standards
- Valid SEP G1 E and D certifications (without voltage restrictions)
- Unrestricted electrical construction licenses
- Fluent English communication skills, both verbal and written (minimum B2 level)
- Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD
- Comprehensive understanding of safety protocols when working with electrical equipment
- Possession of a valid category B driving license
