Milano, ItalyWe are seeking a motivated and experienced ERP Project Manager to lead the implementation of our new Microsoft D365 F&O system as part of an ambitious international digital transformation program.Responsibilities:Coordinate all phases of the ERP project, from kickoff to post-go-live.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet deadlines and objectives.Manage risks, critical issues, and post-implementation activities.Ensure user training and post-launch support.Monitor KPIs related to support and work with the Corporate team on local improvements and needs.Requirements:Significant experience in ERP projects, preferably with Microsoft D365 F&O and/or Dynamics CRM 365 CE and/or Dynamics NAV 365 Business Central.Strong team management, effective communication, and results-oriented approach.Ability to work under pressure in complex projects.PMP certification or equivalent.Fluent English, as you will be responsible for an international project.What We Offer:Innovative projects in an international context.Smart working up to 2 days a week.Competitive salary based on experience.Direct employment with the company.Montreal Associates acts as an Employment Agency regarding this vacancy.#J-18808-Ljbffr
