NTU International A/S is leading a consortium for theimplementation of the EU funded project called: EuropeanPerspectives on Digital China (EPDC) and is searching for expertsto support the core team during the implementation of this project.The overall objective of this assignment is to which this actioncontributes is to increase the resilience of the EU bilateralrelations with China in the field of digital policies andtechnologies. Location: The operational base for the project willbe Brussels, Belgium. Duration: The intended start date is October2025 and the period of implementation of the contract will be 36months from this date. Key Expert: Qualifications and skills: -University degree at Masters level (or equivalent), attested by adiploma, in a discipline relevant to this assignment (such as:Public Policies, Political science, International Relations,Economics, China studies, Law, Engineering, Science and Technologystudies, Business Administration) or, in its absence, a degree atBachelors level (or equivalent) and an additional five years ofexperience in addition to the minimum number of years of generalprofessional experience. - Excellent communication and reportingskills to be demonstrated by past relevant experience. - Highproficiency of English both written and oral, at least atCEFR-level C1 to be demonstrated by certificate or by past relevantexperience. - Knowledge of the Chinese language, at least atCEFR-level B1, to be demonstrated by certificate or by pastrelevant experience will be considered an asset. Generalprofessional experience: - Minimum 4 years of experience in asector relevant to the assignment, such as digital projects orstudies. Specific professional experience: - Having successfullycompleted one or more assignments related to digital policies overthe last 3 years. Undertaking two or more assignments will beconsidered an asset. - Previous experience working on Chinasdigital policies will be considered an asset. - A very goodknowledge on EU digital policies will be considered an asset. -Work experience with EU China related projects will be consideredan asset.
