A leading pharmaceutical manufacturer is looking for Operators to join the Fill Finish/ Compounding team at our state-of-the-art facility. Whether youre a recent graduate in a scientific or technical field, or you have hands-on experience in regulated environments like pharma, food, or medical deviceswed love to hear from you!

Contract: Temp to Perm

Shifts: Primarily 16/7 (with potential to transition to 24/7)

Shift Allowance: 16/7 19.66% | 24/7 28.30%

What Youll Do:

• Set up, operate, and monitor high-precision filling equipment in GMP cleanroom environments
• Assist with lyophilizer operations and liquid-filled ampoule production
• Troubleshoot and support basic maintenance tasks
• Follow strict hygiene, health safety, and documentation protocols (clean-shaven or willing to shave if required for PPE)
• Drive continuous improvement in quality and efficiency

What Were Looking For:

• Strong attention to detail and technical problem-solving skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a fast-paced operations team
• Clear communicator, self-starter, and goal-oriented
• Comfortable working shifts, including weekends

Preferred Background:

• Degree in a technical or scientific discipline
• OR
• Industry experience in a regulated environment (e.g., pharmaceuticals, food manufacturing, medical devices)

Shift Patterns:

16/7 (19.66% allowance | 37.3 hrs/week):

Rotation: Morning/Morning/Afternoon/Afternoon/2 Days Off

Includes 6 out of 7 weekends.

24/7 (28.30% allowance | 33.6 hrs/week):

Rotation: 2 Mornings / 2 Afternoons / 2 Nights, followed by 4 days off

Includes 5 out of 7 weekends.
