As we are a Western Cape based Company, our focus is primarily on the Western Cape region, stretching from the CBD to the Overberg.Our business has grown substantially since inception and we regard ourselves as a market leader in the field due to our competitive edge, ability to be innovative and to keep up-to-date with market needs and trends.We are looking for a Building Manager to fulfill the following duties:**Reports**:- Building inspections (monthly and quarterly)- Reading of meters and updating of schedules if required- Completing the FMS building reports**On-site Duties and Checks**:- Assess the general appearance of the building, e.g. landscaping, perimeter fence, swimming pool, security equipment, etc- Loading of new tenants on the biometric system- Identify maintenance needed and report back to the Portfolio Manager to advise the Trustees.- Taking photos of progress repairs and report back to the Service Department and Portfolio Manager- Meeting contractors on-site when needed for access- Programming of remotes- Delivery of consumables/notices to site**Maintenance Plan**:- Follow up on the 10 year MAP as agrees by the Trustees- Logging of maintenance items needed via Logging Form**Requirements**:**Qualification**:Grade 12 advantageous**Experience and Knowledge**:- 3 years relevant experience- Knowledge of building facilities, operations and maintenance**Skills and Attributes**:- Computer literate- Knowledge of plumbing, electrical and painting- Good communication skills- Attention to detai**Specific Requirements**:- Own transport- Clear health record- Clear credit record- No criminal record
